My Neighbor

Heres a rough sketch I did after looking at all the amazing work for the Totoro Forest Project
This fund was established by Hayao Miyazaki and was created to help save the Sayama Forest in Japan, the forest that inspired him to make the movie My Neighbor Totoro. Completely kick-ass artists from all over were asked to create totoro pieces of their own and put them into a gallery show to raise money for the cause. Check out the link for more info :)

Hey guys- how have things been?  Havn't been getting the updates to this blog until now, but stuff is looking great.  Hannah's batman reminded me of a couple quick sketches I did on my DS a few weeks ago while riding the bus into the city.  figure I'll post them for fun.

Moving Day Blues

I made it to commemorate my 2 entertainment centers not fitting through the door and me having to give them away - although I wasn't actually the one trying to fit them through the door. And yes, I did get a haircut.

Sorry for the late post, my internets have been down. It's supposed to be Venus/Aphrodite, the goddess of Love, shes that naked lady on a sea shell. This is as far as i could get without out some actual figure reference, not too stylized yet, but I plan on doing a finished painting sometime and will push it then.
