My Neighbor

Heres a rough sketch I did after looking at all the amazing work for the Totoro Forest Project
This fund was established by Hayao Miyazaki and was created to help save the Sayama Forest in Japan, the forest that inspired him to make the movie My Neighbor Totoro. Completely kick-ass artists from all over were asked to create totoro pieces of their own and put them into a gallery show to raise money for the cause. Check out the link for more info :)

Hey guys- how have things been?  Havn't been getting the updates to this blog until now, but stuff is looking great.  Hannah's batman reminded me of a couple quick sketches I did on my DS a few weeks ago while riding the bus into the city.  figure I'll post them for fun.

Here's a sort of mediocre painting that I did earlier this week! I'm trying to learn how to paint, and I'm starting simple (b&w copy of a photo to get me to start thinking values). I'll post better , deadlier stuff soon!
